The normative foundations and procedure for developing a curriculum as a key document that determines the organization of the educational process in a higher education institution are disclosed. The relevance of implementing academic mobility for students in double degree programs is substantiated. A comparative analysis of the curricula for the specialties «Professional Education (Digital Technologies)» at Rivne State University of Humanities and «Computer Science» at Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa (Poland) has been conducted. The double degree program was developed by the Department of Digital Technologies and Methods of Teaching Computer Science based on a cooperation agreement between RSUH and the Polish university. The analysis of the curricula of both universities revealed that the documents share common and distinctive features. They are united by the presence of general, professional, and elective blocks of disciplines, as well as an orientation toward the formation of professional competencies. A distinctive feature of the curricula is the interconnection between theoretical and applied components, and activity-based learning principles. The procedure for credit transfer obtained at partner institutions is outlined, and risks arising during the implementation of double degree programs, related to differences in workload volumes and diploma structures, are identified. It is proven that the introduction of such programs requires a coordinated regulatory framework and effective inter-university coordination.
