A new approach to learning is described by Steve Keller, the «pyramid of digital engagement». It has been shown that the behavior of learners in online environments includes the same types of activities as in traditional learning, and occurs in the following steps: curation / organization; creation / development; commenting / discussion; sharing / liking; viewing / reading / tracking.

Attention is focused on the importance of the following content modules: «Software for service purposes», «MS WORD word processor», «Microsoft Power Point» provided for in the educational program A2 Preschool education and A4 Secondary education at the Rivne State  University for the Humanities. The teamwork in the process of creating a catalog for the study of «Information and Communication Technologies» is described. The author highlights his own experience of conducting conversations with students before creating his own media content while studying the content module «Microsoft PowerPoint». In particular, the development of a presentation in the form of a summary of one’s own achievements with a volume of 15 slides was considered with the aim of developing Soft Skills in applicants.
