СУЧАСНІ ВИМОГИ ДО ЗМІСТУ ОСВІТИ ФАХІВЦІВ ІТ-ГАЛУЗІ

Abstract

У статті порушена тема формування професійних компетентностей майбутніх фахівців ІТ-галузі, які за змістом мають відповідати вимогам галузі і провідним трендам розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Схарактеризовано феномен ІТ-освіти, який поєднує суб’єктивний та інституційний аспекти у контексті професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців ІТ-галузі. Автором здійснено огляд й аналіз останніх досліджень щодо проблематики формування професійної компетентності ІТ-фахівців. Констатовано, що важливим трендом у розумінні вказаного процесу є значний акцент на необхідності особливої уваги до відповідних компетентностей та змісту очікуваних результатів навчання з точки зору запитів ІТ-галузі. Актуалізовано сутнісні характеристики такого педагогічного явища як компетентності фахівця ІТ-галузі. Показано, що складниками такого інтегрального явища як компетентність є знання, уміння, навички, способи мислення, погляди, цінності, особисті якості. Виявлення актуальних вимоги до змісту сучасної освіти фахівців ІТ-галузі здійснено за допомогою аналізу вказаних складників. На підставі проведеного аналізу зроблено висновок про дедалі більшу увагу лідерів ІТ-галузі до так званих «мета-навичок», що набувають статусу пріоритетних для сучасних фахівців ІТ-галузі. Наголошується на відкритому характері питання, про їхнє формування у процесі професійної підготовки фахівців ІТ-галузі.

Abstract. The article addresses the formation of professional competencies for future IT professionals, which must align with industry requirements and leading trends in the development of information and communication technologies. The phenomenon of IT education is characterized, integrating subjective and institutional aspects within the context of professional training for future IT specialists. The author reviews and analyzes recent research concerning the development of IT professionals' professional competence. It is established that a significant trend in understanding this process is the emphasis on the need for special attention to relevant competencies and the content of expected learning outcomes from the perspective of IT industry demands. It is argued that IT industry requirements should serve as benchmarks in the process of designing and implementing higher education standards for the field of study 12 "Information Technologies."

The essential characteristics of the pedagogical phenomenon of IT professional competence are highlighted. It is shown that the components of such an integral phenomenon as competence include knowledge, skills, abilities, ways of thinking, views, values, and personal qualities. The article substantiates that the requirements for the content of modern education for IT professionals can be viewed through the prism of integrated, complexly structured professional competence. The identification of current requirements for the educational content of IT specialists was carried out through an analysis of the components of their professional competence. Expert and sociological materials regarding industry requirements for future IT professionals were utilized in the analysis. Based on the conducted research, the author concludes that IT industry leaders are paying increasing attention to so-called "meta-skills," which are gaining priority status for modern IT professionals. The article emphasizes the open nature of the question regarding the formation of these skills during the professional training process of IT specialists.
