PREPARATION OF FUTURE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS FOR ORGANIZING PHYSICAL CULTURE AND HEALTH-IMPROVING ACTIVITIES: THEORETICAL GENERALIZATION

The article provides a theoretical generalization of the results of scientific and practical research on the formation of professional readiness of future physical education teachers to organize physical education and health activities in the process of professional training.
It was found that the key role in organizing physical education and health activities of children and youth belongs to the physical education teacher, who works on a comprehensive solution of health, educational, and educational tasks in the context of the formation of physical, psychological, spiritual, and social health of students in the educational process of a modern school.
An important stage of scientific research is the systematization of scientific works. Therefore, the purpose of the dissertation section is to analyze the works and characterize the source base for research on the problem of forming professional readiness of future physical education teachers to organize physical education and health activities in the process of professional training.
Having analyzed various approaches to reviewing the scientific problem, we have chosen the problem-thematic principle of analyzing the state of research of the scientific problem. To fulfill the tasks and achieve the goal of the study, a scientific and theoretical reflection of the theory and practice of forming the professional readiness of future physical education teachers to organize physical education and health activities was carried out.
According to the results of the generalization of the results of scientific research, those that most accurately characterize the physical education teacher as an organizer of physical education and health activities and the features of his professional training were identified.
In order to systematize the scientific and theoretical achievements of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, the source base of the study was conditionally grouped into two thematic groups: physical education and health activities as a professional task of a physical education teacher; preparation of future physical education teachers, in particular, for physical education and health activities.
The analyzed and generalized scientific and theoretical developments are a favorable basis for achieving a high level of professional competence of physical education teachers, their professional growth and self-improvement. Therefore, the prospects for further research are methodological developments of effective ways of training future physical education teachers in general and for physical education and health activities in particular.
