MOTIVATIONAL AND VALUE COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS IN THE FIELD OF HISTORICAL AND CIVIC EDUCATION

Abstract

The article, based on the analysis of the theory and practice of professional education, the article highlights the essence of the motivational and value component in the training of specialists in the field of historical and civic education, and outlines methodological ways of developing their motivational and value sphere through the means of professional disciplines. It is emphasized that the motivational and value-based component in the training of specialists in the field of education is an integral component and a necessary condition for effective professional activity. It is emphasized that the effective training of future specialists is aimed not only at their assimilation of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and forms of behavior, but also at the formation of a structure of professional values and requires a systemic and interdisciplinary approach.           

It is indicated that the training of a future specialist should be aimed at forming the value beliefs of the individual based on professional and moral self-awareness, which encourages him to be active in mastering professional knowledge, skills and abilities, to contribute to solving the problems of continuing education and the formation of a creative personality capable of self-development and lifelong learning. The specifics of modeling of various types of training classes are specified, the forms, methods and means of training are highlighted.Attention is focused on the fact that the methodology of teaching historical and social science disciplines should be dominated by problem-based and dialogical teaching methods and interactive educational technologies that contribute to the development of critical thinking, the formation of value orientations of the individual and motivation for active civic activity.   

It is noted that the motivational and value component of specialist training is leading in the formation of key competencies of a professional, which ensures not only the success of an individual in professional activities, his competitiveness, but also his viability in the realities of the latest global challenges.
