The relevance of the study is обусловлена the rapid development of digital technologies, financial markets, and information systems, which significantly transform the content and conditions of professional activity in the financial sector and increase the requirements for the training of specialists. Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical research, the essence of the concept of “readiness” is clarified as an integrative personal and professional characteristic that reflects the level of an individual’s preparedness for effective professional performance.
The study substantiates the structure of readiness of future finance professionals, which includes four interrelated components: motivational-value, cognitive, operational-activity, and reflective-personal. The motivational-value component characterizes professional motivation, value orientations, and attitudes toward digital innovations; the cognitive component reflects the system of professional and digital knowledge; the operational-activity component determines the ability to apply knowledge in practice using digital financial tools and technologies; the reflective-personal component ensures self-analysis, self-regulation, and continuous professional development.
It is proved that readiness is a dynamic and multifaceted formation that develops under the influence of educational, technological, and socio-economic changes. The proposed structure creates a theoretical basis for improving the professional training of future finance specialists, designing educational models, and developing diagnostic tools for assessing the level of readiness for professional activity in a digitalized financial environment.
