The article deals with the analysis of the problem for shaping corporate culture among future masters of banking in a pedagogical context. The problem of shaping the corporate culture among future masters of banking in the educational environment of the university is considered in the context of modern transformational changes that encompass the digitalization of the economy, the renewal of financial technologies, and the globalization of financial markets. It is emphasized that corporate culture is not only a tool of internal regulation in banking institutions, but also a strategic resource that determines the competitiveness, ethical sustainability and reputation of the organization. Scientific pedagogical works were analyzed, which highlight the importance of value orientations, entrepreneurial initiative, social responsibility, and legal culture in the process of professional preparation. The study pays special attention to effective training methods that demonstrate high performance in preparation of competitive and socially responsible banking professionals. In particular, the use of the case method as a means of modeling real professional situations is considered, which stimulates the development of analytical skills, the ability to make informed decisions and bear responsibility for them. The role of professional ethics training aimed at shaping stable moral guidelines, as well as programs for developing soft skills, such as communicative competence, team interaction skills, self-reflection, and emotion management, was analyzed. These methods contribute not only to the development of critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and leadership potential among future banking masters, but also form a general readiness to work in conditions of high social responsibility. The importance of creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive educational environment that promotes trust, mutual respect, and provides the prerequisites for the formation of a healthy corporate culture as a key component of the successful functioning of banking institutions was emphasized.
